Relaxing Sunday

Now that I'm back to work I enjoy the weekends now more than ever, just because I get my Payton time!  She's down to one nap a day and so I basically get about an hour and a half with her before work, and then an hour and a half with her when I get home from work before she goes to bed.  So weekends are officially my favorite of all time now just because I get more time with Payton!  :)

Today was a very relaxing Sunday.  This morning Payton and I watched Music and the Spoken word, and then we watched the rebroadcast of President Monson's birthday celebration.  It was very nice and had some great music.  (Daddy you would LOVE it!)  Here's a link to it in case anyone wants to listen to some wonderful music for an hour and a half.

My favorite performance was by Dyllan Vail Bayles, when he sings Bring him Home.  It is FANTASTIC! (It's at about the 44 minute mark, watch it, it's totally worth it!)

Today I also got to go to all 3 hours of church!  I honestly haven't done that in a very long time since our church is at 1:30, and that's right around Payton's nap time.  We were a little late to Sacrament Meeting, but it was nice to be able to make it to Sunday School and Relief Society as well.

Overall it's been a very relaxing Sunday and I've been LOVING it! I hope everyone else is having as a relaxing weekend as we have been having here.  (I'm trying to upload a video of Payton, but it's not letting me, hopefully I can get it up some time soon.)

Bath Time!

One of Payton's favorite things to do is take a bath!  She LOVES it!  Whenever she hears the water running she's in the bathroom, laying on the floor waiting for me to take off her clothes so she can get in the bath.

 This is a picture from Paige.  She was giving Logan a bath the other day and she said Payton wanted to get in the bath too.  I think she's happy Paige put her in.

Here's One For The Family

I've been meaning to start a blog for a while now, especially ever since I had Payton.  So this is me almost 14 months after I've had Payton starting a blog.  What is really sad is that apparently I had "started" this blog a while ago (AKA: I came up with the address for it), but I never did anything with it, and honestly I don't even remember when I even tried to do this.

I figured on my blog I can post videos of Payton and tell stories about my adventurous little one.  So family, this is for you guys (Well mostly mom, and anyone else who is interested)!

I really want to just post some videos of Payton for right now, and then I'll post more later (yes I am that lazy at the moment).  

Here is a video from awhile back when Payton and I went to the Arizona Youth Museum.  She LOVED the piano.  She would play it and then dance, the video doesn't capture all of it because I had to stop her from climbing on top of the piano, but here it is.  

This other video is one from the other day.  She crawled underneath our kitchen chairs and just sat under them.  It was adorable because every time I'd look over at her she'd say "HI!"  (That is her favorite word at the moment).

Payton will say hi to anyone and anything.  It's quite adorable.  She's growing up way too fast, and trying to take on the world.  Her words consist of hi, bye, mama, dada, more, and boo (bah).  It's so much fun watching her grow!  

I just love this little one SO much!
