When it came time to do the Easter egg hunt Payton was excited, but obviously had no clue why. She just saw everyone else was excited so she copied their emotions. Wen they shouted "GO!" Payton took off running and squealing. She didn't know why she was running and squealing but she was excited and saw other kids doing it to so she did it too. Se could have cared less about the eggs. Se was content even after one. Our ward has a TON of kids.....well over 130 in the primary and over 20 in the nursery, so you had to be fast to get any eggs. We got a couple, and Payton was happy.

Overall it was a very nice and relaxing Easter. We had plenty of time to reflect on the real meaning of Easter; Our Savior. There were some amazing lessons at church about the Atonement that were perfect for today. I'm so grateful for this wonderful holiday where we can reflect on our Savior and all he has done for us, and hope that I can continue to strive and live worthy to return to Him some day.
