We had Payton's 2 year check the other day and she's doing great! She weighs 26 pounds 8 ounces (50th percentile), she is 34.5 inches tall (75th percentile) and of course her head circumferences is 19 inches (95th percentile). Definitely has a Wilson head....but a very cute one at that :)

Payton's vocabulary has really grown these past couple of months, and continues to amaze me with things she knows and understands. She's very caring and always says things like "You okay?" or "What's wrong Mama?" when she thinks something is wrong. She also loves to run into a room and say "What are you doing?"
Her favorite shows are Strawberry Shortcake and Curious George. Thanks to Curious George she knows the names Hundley and Charky (the names of the dogs on there). Payton is really good with names :)
She has now figured out how to unlock and open the front door (YIKES!) and can know climb into her crib. Thankfully she hasn't figured out the climbing out yet. I think she has too much fun in her crib, it's very hard to try to get out. (She loves to play "night night" and climb in her crib and stay there).

So this summer I had surgery on my forehead to remove a skin cancer spot. So I've had to clean my stitches and every time I do I have a cute little sidekick cleaning her "stitches". It's adorable!

Payton is also becoming more opinionated about what she wears and such. This particular day she was beyond determined to wear her dress up shoes to the store. I do have to say she walked in them like a pro!
She loves to sing all the time.
Payton got some Curious George stickers, she's never been into stickers before, but now she's trying to figure them out......

We've been having a lot of fun this summer and are looking forward to swim lessons and a trip to Chicago!
